As a Research Associate at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, I manage simultaneous projects in the learning sciences and assessment field that aim to understand and improve the learning and teaching of students and educators. I use quantitative research methodologies and tools to analyze data and generate actionable insights that inform policy and practice. I graduated with a Master of Science in Developmental Psychology from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
